Who is Claudia Swidzinski?

Claudia Swidzinski, age 24, graduated from SUNY Purchase College in May 2020 with a BFA in Theatre and Performance; concentrating in Directing, and a minor in Arts Management. Born in Queens, NY, but having lived in Hilton Head Island, SC for most of her life, Claudia has been involved with theatre since the 7th grade. Getting her start at the local community theatre, Main Street Youth Theatre, she started off working behind the scenes, first as a spotlight operator and stage hand, eventually working up to stage management. Once a freshman in high school, Claudia auditioned for her first production of Hairspray, put up by the Seahawk Stage Company at Hilton Head Island High School, and she has been performing ever since. Once she got a taste of the spotlight, Claudia also sparked an interest in modeling, often being the subjects for photography students and setting up makeshift photoshoots with her friends and family. She began modeling professionally in New York City during her college years and continues to do so today.
Toward the end of her high school career and transitioning into college, Claudia found a passion for directing and choreography, hence her choice of concentration. She directed her first production, Black Comedy, during her senior year of high school, which was taken to compete at South Carolina Theatre Association's one-act competition and awarded 6th out of 35 schools. Since then Claudia has been credited as Co-Choreographer/Dance Captain for The Hell House: The Musical, Assistant Director and Choreographer for The Wolves, and Director of A Number, the production she chose for her Senior Project.
In addition, Claudia has found herself quite savy in arts management due to her minor in the subject. She has recently worked as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Lawnline Marketing and now freelances as a Content Creator and Brand Ambassador on social media. 
Having graduated in May of 2020, the global pandemic may have taken a toll on the world of performing arts, but Claudia hasn't given up her passions! She now resides in Tampa, Florida where she works professionally as a Promotional Model, Gogo Dancer, Content Creator, and Commercial Model/Actor.
